Level I: Comprehensive Training in Neuroacupuncture
Focus: Clinical neurological assessment, Chinese scalp acupuncture, neurological rehabilitation, and clinical observation
Level I is an intensive five day postgraduate training program for acupuncturists and acupuncture trained physicians that integrates Chinese Medicine with practical clinical neuroscience. Graduates from this program will become specialists in the field for assessing, treating and managing neurodegenerative and neuromuscular disorders with acupuncture, herbs and physical rehabilitation.
Neurological disorders and their sequelae are estimated to affect one billion people and that number is expected to rise considerably in the years to come. Our five day program is designed for acupuncturists and physicians to develop their clinical skills to effectively treat and manage this growing health concern.

This course is approved for 35 PDA points by the NCCAOM
- Comprehensive Neuroacupuncture Training Level I (A) for the first two days – 14 PDA Points
- Comprehensive Neuroacupuncture Training Level I (B) for the last three days – 21 PDA Points
5-day course tuition: $5,000

Level I Schedule
Day 1. Neuroacupuncture Level one: introduction, basic location and application
Day 2. Neuroacupuncture location, application, and technique, hands-on practice
Day 3. Clinical Observation and Discussion
Day 4. Neurology and Neurological Examination
Day 5. Neurological physical therapy Taiji, Qigong or Yoga Exercise; Clinical Observation, Hands-On Practice and Discussion, Course Examination.
Location: The August 8-12, 2018 Level I training will take place at the Marriott Albuquerque Uptown in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Group lodging rates are available to participants who are fully registered by July 20, 2018, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
