Level I: Comprehensive Training in Neuroacupuncture

Focus: Clinical neurological assessment, Chinese scalp acupuncture, neurological rehabilitation, and clinical observation

Level I is an intensive three day post­graduate training program for acupuncturists and acupuncture trained physicians that integrates Chinese Medicine with practical clinical neuroscience. Graduates from this program will become specialists in the field for assessing, treating and managing neurodegenerative and neuromuscular disorders with acupuncture, herbs and physical rehabilitation.

Neurological disorders and their sequelae are estimated to affect one billion people and that number is expected to rise considerably in the years to come. Our five day program is designed for acupuncturists and physicians to develop their clinical skills to effectively treat and manage this growing health concern.

Level I Schedule

Day 1. Neuroacupuncture Level one: introduction, basic location and application

Day 2. Neuroacupuncture location, application, and technique, hands-on practice

Day 3. Neurology and Neurological Examination

Location: The March 29-31, 2019 Level I training will take place at the Marriott Albuquerque Uptown in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Group lodging rates are available to participants who are fully registered by November 30, 2019.
